Wynalazek dotyczy sposobu elektrochemicznego wytwarzania powłok cynkowych o zwiększonej odporności na korozję polegający na elektrochemicznym, galwanicznym, nałożeniu powłoki cynkowej w bezcyjankowej kąpieli alkalicznej, wytworzeniu warstwy konwersyjnej w roztworze pasywującym oraz uszczelnieniu powłoki cynkowej w kąpieli uszczelniającej. Zgodnie z wynalazkiem do kąpieli cynkującej i/lub do kąpieli pasywującej dodaje się od 1 do 10 ml na litr danej kąpieli, korzystnie 2 - 5 ml/l, roztworu benzotriazolu o stężeniu 0,1 – 1%, korzystnie 0,2 - 0,5%, w roztworze wodorotlenku potasu lub sodu o stężeniu 0,5 — 2%, korzystnie 1%.The invention relates to the electrochemical method of producing zinc coatings with increased corrosion resistance consisting in electrochemical, electroplating, applying a zinc coating in a cyanide-free alkali bath, creating a conversion layer in a passivating solution and sealing the zinc coating in a sealing bath. According to the invention, from 1 to 10 ml per liter of the bath, preferably 2 - 5 ml / l, of a benzotriazole solution with a concentration of 0.1 - 1%, preferably 0.2 - 0, are added to the galvanizing bath and / or to the passivating bath. 5% in potassium or sodium hydroxide solution at a concentration of 0.5-2%, preferably 1%.
