Abstract
Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest metoda wytwarzania izolacji termicznej w postaci kompozytu z wykorzystaniem grzybni charakteryzująca się tym, że odbywa się w następujących po sobie etapach: przygotowanie materiału lignocelulozowego; sterylizacja pożywki; infekcja pożywki grzybnią grzybów i hodowla grzybni; eksponowanie grzybni w stałych warunkach otoczenia do czasu wzrostu grzybni na całej powierzchni pożywki; rozdrobienie cząstek grzybni oraz wymieszanie ich z materiałem lignocelulozowym - wysterylizowanym; klimatyzacja mieszaniny; umieszczenie kompozytu w folii na czas wzrostu grzybni na całej powierzchni wytwarzanego materiału, przy jednoczesnej klimatyzacji próbek dnia; formowanie i suszenie/sterylizacja kompozytu do otrzymania określonej wilgotności. Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest także izolacja termiczna w postaci kompozytu materiału charakteryzująca się tym, że kompozyt rozdrobnionego materiału lignocelulozowego — surowca połączony jest z grzybnią albo mieszaniną składników, w skład której wchodzą: skrobia, białko, fosforan, o gęstości D=0,3-0,6 g/cm3, współczynniku przewodzenia ciepła λ=0,040-0,103 W/(m•K), udarności U=0,024-0,065 J/cm2, module sprężystości E=524MPa, energii statycznej zniszczenia W=0,9J wytrzymałości Rc=1,03-5,45MPa, odkształceniu jednostkowym Σ=1,77 1,87% zaś odkształcenie rzeczywiste Δ1=0,55-0,65mm. Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest ponadto, prefabrykowana płyta drewnopochodna wielowarstwowa, która charakteryzuje się tym, że posiada co najmniej jedną warstwę w postaci izolacji termicznej według wynalazku połączoną po każdej ze stron z co najmniej jedną warstwą drewnianą.
