Abstract
Wynalazek dotyczy biosensora do identyfikacji i pomiaru lipopolisachardu bakteryjnego LPS będący modyfikowaną elektrodą wykonaną co najmniej w części ze złota, na której powierzchni wytworzona jest warstwa z koniugatu peptydowego o sekwencji Tyr-Ala-Gly-Phe-Leu-Arg-O2Oc-Ile-Lys-Lys-Ile-Leu-Ser-lys-Ile-Lys-Lys-Leu-Leu-O2Oc-OH poprzez chemiczne jego osadzenie na powierzchni przez jego inkubację w elektrodzie w roztworze zawierającym od 0,5 mM do 10 mM koniugatu. Wynalazek dotyczy też sposobu otrzymywania tego biosensora.
