Abstract
Sposób wytwarzania permeatu laktozy w proszku obejmujący etapy magazynowania, wstępnego zagęszczania za pomocą membranowej nanofiltracji, następnego zagęszczania na urządzeniu wyparnym do 54 – 58% suchej masy, krystalizacji laktozy oraz suszenia, znamienny tym, że sposób zawiera etap dodawania płynnego pyłu białka kazeinowego do zagęszczonego wstępnie oraz zagęszczonego na urządzeniu wyparnym koncentratu permeatu laktozy przed procesem krystalizacji albo po procesie krystalizacji laktozy. Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest także permeat laktozy wytworzony powyższym sposobem, oraz produkt paszowy zawierający permeat laktozy.
