Abstract

Przedmiotem wynalazku jest sposób wytwarzania naturalnej ekologicznej i biodegradowalnej folii z naturalnych surowców, zwłaszcza z owoców, przeznaczonej do zastosowania jako folia do zabezpieczania i pakowania produktów spożywczych i kosmetycznych, oraz opcjonalnie jako kosmetyk przeznaczony do pielęgnacji i peelingu ciała. Owoce poddaje się leżakowaniu przez ok 2 tyg. w temp. 20 - 22°C, do momentu wydzielenia się fruktozy, następnie miąższ owoców mieli się, do uzyskania jednolitej masy, kolejno powstałą masę umieszcza się w formie o podłożu polimerowym i zamkniętych brzegach przy czym masę wylewa się do formy tworząc warstwę o grubości 5 mm, a następnie suszy się poprzez 24h, w temperaturze 18 - 25°C, do całkowitego odparowania wody.The subject of the invention is a method of producing a natural, ecological and biodegradable film from natural raw materials, especially fruit, intended for use as a film for protecting and packaging food and cosmetic products, and optionally as a cosmetic intended for body care and peeling. The fruit is aged for about 2 weeks at a temperature of 20 - 22°C, until fructose is released, then the fruit pulp is ground until a uniform mass is obtained, then the resulting mass is placed in a mold with a polymer base and closed edges, while the mass is poured into a mold forming a 5 mm thick layer, and then dried for 24 hours at a temperature of 18 - 25°C until the water evaporates completely.
