Abstract

Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest sposób wytwarzania kopolimeru poliakrylanowego stanowiącego warstwę klejową plastra transdermalnego, polegający na polimeryzacji rozpuszczalnikowej (np. octan etylu) monomerów akrylanowych w obecności inicjatora i fotoinicjatora. Sposób charakteryzuje się tym, że polimeryzacji poddaje się 60 ÷ 90% wagowych estrów alkilowych kwasu akrylowego o długości łańcucha węglowego powyżej 3 atomów, 1 ÷ 5% wagowych kwasu akrylowego, 1 ÷ 30% wagowych akrylowanego biosurowca w postaci metakrylanu izobornylu i 0,01 ÷ 5% wagowych nienasyconego fotoinicjatora, przy czym udział wagowy wszystkich komponentów mieszaniny reakcyjnego wynosi 100%, a jako inicjator polimeryzacji wolnorodnikowej stosuje się 2,2'-azobisizobutyronitrylu. Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest także sposób wytwarzania plastra transdermalnego, polegający na naniesieniu na nośnik warstwy klejowej i zabezpieczeniu folią zabezpieczającą. Sposób charakteryzuje się tym, że kopolimer poliakrylanowy z wbudowanym fotoinicjatorem, otrzymany sposobem opisanym powyżej powleka się na nośniku, suszy się w podwyższonej temperaturze od 100 - 140°C, a następnie sieciuje się naświetlając promieniami UV w zakresie 200 — 400 nm.The subject of the application is a method of producing a polyacrylate copolymer constituting the adhesive layer of a transdermal patch, consisting in solvent polymerization (e.g. ethyl acetate) of acrylate monomers in the presence of an initiator and a photoinitiator. The method is characterized in that 60 ÷ 90% by weight of acrylic acid alkyl esters with a carbon chain length of more than 3 atoms, 1 ÷ 5% by weight of acrylic acid, 1 ÷ 30% by weight of acrylated bio-raw material in the form of isobornyl methacrylate and 0.01 ÷ 5% by weight of unsaturated photoinitiator, where the weight share of all components of the reaction mixture is 100%, and 2,2'-azobisisobutyronitrile is used as the initiator of the free radical polymerization. The subject of the application is also a method of producing a transdermal patch, consisting in applying an adhesive layer to a carrier and securing it with a protective foil. The method is characterized in that the polyacrylate copolymer with built-in photoinitiator, obtained by the method described above, is coated on a support, dried at an elevated temperature of 100 - 140°C, and then crosslinked by irradiation with UV rays in the range of 200 - 400 nm.
