Abstract
Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest sposób wytwarzania fotoreaktywnego poliakrylanowego kleju samoprzylepnego, polegający na tym, że monomery akrylanowe poddaje się polimeryzacji rozpuszczalnikowej w octanie etylu w obecności fotoinicjatora rodnikowego i termicznego wolnorodnikowego inicjatora polimeryzacji AIBN, następnie powleczony na nośnik klej suszy się i sieciuje się promieniowaniem UV, charakteryzuje się tym, że polimeryzacji poddaje się od 70% do 91% wagowych C4-C12 alkiloakrylanu, od 1% do 15% wagowych nienasyconego kwasu karboksylowego, od 0,1% do 5% wagowych fotoreaktywnego (met)akrylanu, od 0,1% do 5% wagowych wielofunkcyjnego (met)akrylanu, od 0,05% do 3% wagowych nienasyconego winylosilanu oraz od 0,05% do 3% wagowych fotoinicjatora rodnikowego absorbującego UV w obszarze UV-A. Stężenie wszystkich komponentów wynosi 100% wagowych.
