Abstract

Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest sposób wytwarzania fotoreaktywnego poliakrylanowego kleju samoprzylepnego, polegający na tym, że monomery akrylanowe poddaje się polimeryzacji rozpuszczalnikowej w octanie etylu w obecności fotoinicjatora rodnikowego i termicznego wolnorodnikowego inicjatora polimeryzacji AIBN, następnie powleczony na nośnik klej suszy się i sieciuje się promieniowaniem UV, charakteryzuje się tym, że polimeryzacji poddaje się od 70% do 91% wagowych C4-C12 alkiloakrylanu, od 1% do 15% wagowych nienasyconego kwasu karboksylowego, od 0,1% do 5% wagowych fotoreaktywnego (met)akrylanu, od 0,1% do 5% wagowych wielofunkcyjnego (met)akrylanu, od 0,05% do 3% wagowych nienasyconego winylosilanu oraz od 0,05% do 3% wagowych fotoinicjatora rodnikowego absorbującego UV w obszarze UV-A. Stężenie wszystkich komponentów wynosi 100% wagowych. Następnie klej o gramaturze od 30 do 120 g/m2 powleczony na nośnik i wysuszony sieciuje się pod lampą UV-A w obszarze od 315 do 400 nm, a następnie pod lampą UV-C w obszarze od 215 do 280 nm.The subject of the application is a method of producing a photoreactive polyacrylate pressure-sensitive adhesive, which consists in subjecting acrylate monomers to solvent polymerization in ethyl acetate in the presence of a radical photoinitiator and a thermal free radical polymerization initiator AIBN, then the adhesive coated on the carrier is dried and crosslinked with UV radiation, characterized by in that 70% to 91% by weight of a C4-C12 alkyl acrylate, 1% to 15% by weight of an unsaturated carboxylic acid, 0.1% to 5% by weight of photoreactive (meth) acrylate, 0.1% to 5% by weight of a multifunctional (meth) acrylate, from 0.05% to 3% by weight of unsaturated vinylsilane, and from 0.05% to 3% by weight of a UV-absorbing radical photoinitiator in the UV-A region. The concentration of all components is 100% by weight.
