Abstract

Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest sposób wytwarzania folii polimerowej na bazie fotoreaktywnych polimerów. Sposób ten polega na fotopolimeryzacji kompozycji zawierającej uretanoakrylan, nienasycony kwas karboksylowy, fotoinicjator rodnikowy, powleczeniu na nośnik dehezyjny i usieciowaniu promieniowaniem UV w obszarze 200 - 400 nm tworząc folię polimerową. Istota zgłoszenia polega na tym, że stosuje się kompozycję zawierającą od 30 do 50% wagowych difunkcyjnego poliestroakrylanu, od 20 do 40% wagowych uretanoakrylanu, od 15 do 30% wagowych wielofunkcyjnego etoksylowanego monomeru (met)akrylanowego, od 10 do 20% nienasyconego kwasu karboksylowego oraz od 0,1% wagowych do 10% wagowych fotoinicjatora rodnikowego, przy czym stężenie wszystkich komponentów stosowanych w fotopolimeryzacji wynosi 100% wagowych.The subject of the application is a method for producing a polymer film based on photoreactive polymers. This method consists of photopolymerizing a composition containing urethaneacrylate, unsaturated carboxylic acid, radical photoinitiator, coating on a adhesive carrier and crosslinking with UV radiation in the region of 200-400 nm to form a polymer film. The nature of the application is that a composition containing 30 to 50% by weight of difunctional polyesteracrylate, 20 to 40% by weight of urethaneacrylate, 15 to 30% by weight of the multifunctional ethoxylated (meth) acrylate monomer, 10 to 20% of unsaturated carboxylic acid is used and from 0.1% by weight to 10% by weight of a radical photoinitiator, wherein the concentration of all components used in photopolymerization is 100% by weight.
