Abstract

Przedmiotem wynalazku jest automatyczny system do dozowania i ciśnieniowego parzenia substancji spożywczej zwłaszcza zmielonej kawy, zawierający urządzenie do zaparzania i wymienialny pojemnik z substancją spożywczą do zaparzania, przy czym urządzenie do zaparzania jest wyposażone w gniazdo ze środkami do rozcinania wieczka pojemnika i przystosowane do przyjmowania pojemników z rozrobioną substancją spożywczą, i które to gniazdo jest połączone z zespołem dozującym, który prowadzi substancję spożywczą poprzez podajnik do zespołu zaparzającego, charakteryzujący się tym, że urządzenie do zaparzania zawiera zespół dozujący ustawiony poziomo względem pionowej osi gniazda (1), i który jest wyposażony w podajnik, korzystnie podajnik ślimakowy (15), uruchamiany poprzez silnik (8), przy czym wylot podajnika prowadzi bezpośrednio do zespołu zaparzającego wyposażonego w komorę zaparzania (5), do której prowadzi zespół podawania pod ciśnieniem gorącej wody za pomocą nieruchomego tłoka tylnego (4) wyposażonego w element prysznicowy sitko dla doprowadzania gorącej wody, i przy czym komora zaparzania jest wyposażona w tłok przedni (3) uruchamiany poprzez ruch korpusu komory zaparzania (5) za pomocą silnika (7) i który to tłok przedni (3) posiada powierzchnie skonfigurowana do równomiernego rozprowadzania gorącej wody pod sito, które posiada przetłoczenia przestrzenne poprawiające przepływ wody, i ponadto tłok przedni (3) zawiera zawór zwrotny, za którym znajduje się przewód wylewki wyprowadzający zaparzony napar, natomiast pojemnik na substancje spożywczą jest wykonany z materiału bio—degradowalnego i zawiera korzystnie zmieloną kawę. Ujawniono również sposób dozowania i zaparzania ciśnieniowego rozdrobnionej substancji spożywczej za pomocą systemu określonego powyżej.
