Abstract

Przedmiotem wynalazku jest niskotoksyczna kompozycja do otrzymywania powłok ochronnych na bazie żywicy epoksydowej z wypełniaczem w postaci pyłu kwarcowego oraz sposób otrzymywania tych powłok ochronnych. Istotą wynalazku jest kompozycja do wykonywania powłok ochronnych na bazie żywicy epoksydowej zawierająca trzy komponenty A, B i C, łączonych ze sobą poprzez mieszanie. Komponent A zawiera żywicę epoksydową na bazie bisfenolu A, korzystnie o liczbowo średniej masie cząsteczkowej ≤ 700, w ilości 47,6 - 61,7% wagowych całej kompozycji. Komponent B zawiera wypełniacz w postaci pyłu kwarcowego, korzystnie o udziale co najmniej 90% wielości ziaren o średnicy poniżej 63 µm, koniecznie zawierający w swoim składzie masowo minimum 99% SiO<sub>2</sub>, maksimum 1% A1<sub>2</sub>O<sub>3</sub>, maksimum 0,05% Fe<sub>2</sub>O<sub>3</sub> i maksimum 0,05% TiO<sub>2</sub> w ilości 7,4 – 28,6% wagowych całej kompozycji. Komponent C zawiera utwardzacz fenalkaminowy w ilości 23,8 - 30,9% wagowych.The subject of the invention is a low-toxic composition for obtaining protective coatings based on epoxy resin with a filler in the form of quartz dust, and a method for obtaining these protective coatings. The essence of the invention is a composition for making protective coatings based on epoxy resin containing three components A, B and C, joined together by mixing. Component A comprises an epoxy resin based on bisphenol A, preferably having a number average molecular weight ≤ 700, in an amount of 47.6 - 61.7% by weight of the total composition. Component B contains a filler in the form of quartz dust, preferably with a share of at least 90% of the grain size with a diameter of less than 63 µm, necessarily containing in its composition a minimum of 99% SiO<sub>2</sub> by mass, a maximum of 1% A1<sub> 2</sub>O<sub>3</sub>, maximum 0.05% Fe<sub>2</sub>O<sub>3</sub> and maximum 0.05% TiO<sub>2< /sub> in an amount of 7.4 - 28.6% by weight of the total composition. Component C contains phenalcamine hardener in the amount of 23.8 - 30.9% by weight.
