Abstract
Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest kompozycja do wytwarzania sztywnej pianki poliuretanowej o poprawionych właściwościach hydrofobowych, na bazie poliolu, która zawiera oprócz poliolu 4,4'-diizocyjanian difenylometanu, katalizator, zmodyfikowany napełniacz pochodzenia roślinnego w postaci zmielonych pestek śliwki, zmodyfikowanych przez dodanie 3-izocyjanianopropylotrietoksysilanu, a nadto zawiera środek powierzchniowo-czynny, wodę oraz mieszaninę pentanu i cyklopentanu o stosunku wagowym składników 1:1.The subject of the application is a composition for the production of a rigid polyurethane foam with improved hydrophobic properties, based on a polyol, which contains, apart from the polyol, 4,4'-diphenylmethane diisocyanate, a catalyst, a modified filler of plant origin in the form of ground plum stones, modified by adding 3-isocyanatopropyltriethoxysilane, and moreover, it contains a surfactant, water and a mixture of pentane and cyclopentane with a 1:1 ratio by weight of the components.
