Abstract

The present invention aims to provide a urethane foam composition capable of providing a molded article that is excellent in repeated compression durability and has a low compression set. The present invention provides a urethane foam composition including a main agent (i) containing a urethane prepolymer (A) that has an isocyanate group and a curing agent (ii) containing a compound (B) that has an active hydrogen atom and water (C). The urethane prepolymer (A) is obtained by reacting a polyol (a1) having a number average molecular weight of 800 to 3,000, a polyisocyanate (a2), and a glycol (a3) having a branched structure and a number average molecular weight of 80 to 300. The present invention also provides a bump stop formed from the urethane foam composition. The urethane foam composition of the present invention has a long pot life and is thus excellent in workability, and is also capable of providing a molded article that is excellent in repeated compression durability and has a low compression set.
