Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest kompozycja do wytwarzania sztywnej pianki poliuretanowej o zmniejszonej palności, na bazie poliolu, która zawiera na 100 części wagowych poliolu 120 części wagowych 4,4'-diizocyjanianu difenylometanu, 14 części wagowych antypirenu, 0,2 części wagowe katalizatora oraz 1 - 5 części wagowych napełniacza w postaci włókien kokosa zmielonych w procesie wysokoenergetycznego mielenia oraz zmodyfikowanych naturalnym uniepalniaczem w postaci kaolinu.The subject of the application is a composition for the production of a polyol-based rigid polyurethane foam with flame retardancy, which contains, per 100 parts by weight of polyol, 120 parts by weight of 4,4'-diphenylmethane diisocyanate, 14 parts by weight of anti-pyrene, 0.2 parts by weight of a catalyst and 1-5 parts by weight of filler in the form of coconut fibers, ground in the process of high-energy grinding and modified with natural flame retardant in the form of kaolin.
