Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest implant stomatologiczny zawierający element środkowy (2) i element podokostnowy (1), przy czym element podokostnowy (1) ma kształt łuku i zawiera ramiona (R), pomiędzy którymi osadzony jest kołnierz (5), charakteryzujący się tym, że materiał konstrukcyjny elementu podokostnowego (1) ma strukturę przestrzennie porowatą (4).
