Abstract
Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest kompozyt zawierający 44 cz. wag. (±15%) polietylenu o wysokiej gęstości, 50 cz. wag. (±15%) rozdrobnionych cząstek drewna, 3 cz. wag. (±15%) maleinowanego polietylenu oraz 3 cz. wag. (±15%) skrobi. Zgłoszenie obejmuje także sposób wytwarzania kompozytu charakteryzującego się tym, że obejmuje następujące etapy: a) osuszanie cząstek drewna do poziomu maksymalnej wilgotności 2%; b) homogenizowanie w mieszalniku wolnoobrotowym mieszaniny zawierającej 44 cz. wag. (±15%) polietylenu o wysokiej gęstości, 50 cz. wag. (±15%) rozdrobnionych cząstek drewna, 3% wag. maleinowanego polietylenu oraz 3 cz. wag. (±15%) skrobi, przy czym korzystnie mieszanie prowadzi się w temperaturze 20°C, pod ciśnieniem atmosferycznym; c) otrzymywanie kompozytu poprzez homogenizowanie kompozycji otrzymanej w etapie b) w wytłaczarce w zakresie temperatur 170 - 180°C; d) rozdrabnianie kompozytu otrzymanego w etapie c) do postaci granulatu.
