Abstract
Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest sposób wytwarzania wysokoenergetycznego paliwa ciekłego z wytłoków owocowych metodą termochemicznej konwersji, polegający na rozdrobnieniu mokrych odpadowych wytłoków owocowych i oznaczeniu w nich zawartości wilgoci, a następnie przygotowaniu mieszaniny reakcyjnej zawierającej 2 - 40% masowych wytłoków owocowych w przeliczeniu na ich suchą masę, 10 - 90% masowych alkoholu monohydroksylowego w postaci propan-2-olu lub butan-1-olu oraz wodę destylowaną jako dopełnienie do 100% masowych, przy czym uwzględnia się oznaczoną wcześniej ilość wilgoci zawartej w wytłokach owocowych. Reakcję prowadzi się w ciśnieniowym reaktorze okresowym, w temperaturze 250 - 325°C przez 30 - 60 minut, pod wytworzonym w czasie reakcji ciśnieniem autogenicznym w zakresie 50-140 bar. Po zakończeniu procesu ochładza się mieszaninę reakcyjną do temperatury 20 - 25°C, a następnie separuje uzyskane frakcje, którymi są wysokoenergetyczne paliwo ciekłe, frakcja organiczna rozpuszczalna w wodzie, frakcja gazowa i pozostałość stała, przy czym ilość wysokoenergetycznego paliwa ciekłego stanowi 40 — 58% masowych w odniesieniu do suchej masy wytłoków owocowych, a jego wartość energetyczna wynosi 28 - 34 MJ/kg<sup>-l</sup>.
