Abstract
Wynalazek dotyczy sposobu pozyskiwania nieembrionalnych komórek macierzystych i egzosomów z tkanki dziąsła i ich przechowywania w oparach wrzącego ciekłego azotu. Uwolnione komórki macierzyste po namnożeniu in vitro, lub całe fragmenty dziąseł pozyskiwanych w trakcie ekstrakcji zęba z powodów stomatologicznych lub ortodoncji są przechowywane w nieograniczonym czasie w oparach wrzącego płynnego azotu o temperaturze -196°C. Multipotentne komórki macierzyńskie pozyskane z dziąsła po namnożeniu mogą być w różnorakich kompozycjach wykorzystywane w leczeniu i rekonstrukcji tkanki zębów, jamy ustnej, zaś egzosomy wykorzystane do przenoszenia materiału biologicznego do innych komórek, między innymi w procesach leczenia.
