Abstract
Wynalazek rozwiązuje zagadnienie zwiększenia szorstkości i zwięzłości granulek posiadających otwarte pory, co poprawia właściwości filtracyjne kruszywa o porowatość granularną, stabilizowaną włóknem nieorganicznym, bez wytwarzania szczelnego czerepu ceramicznego w poszczególnych granulkach. Jako komponent konstrukcyjny stosuje się włókno nieorganiczne, wybrane z grupy włókien szklanych i włókien mineralnych, stanowiące łącznie ceramiczną matrycę kompozytową, które w ilości od 1 do 10% wagowych suchej masy, korzystnie o długości mniejszej niż 2 cm, dodaje się do surowca ilastego w ilości od 30% do 99% wagowych suchej masy, następnie miesza się z krzemianem metali alkalicznych w ilości od 0,1% do 5% wagowych suchej masy z dodatkiem boraksu w ilości od 0,2% do 5% wagowych suchej masy, z udziałem substancji stałych lub substancji płynnych i półpłynnych, w tym odpadów, poddając mieszaninę granulowaniu, a następnie kalcynacji w temperaturach do 1200 stopni Celsjusza.
