Abstract

Urządzenie do prowadzenia ćwiczeń precyzyjnego ustawiania i poruszania ręką zawiera moduł dolny i moduł górny (4) mające kształty  walców o wysokości mniejszej od ich średnicy. Moduł dolny osadzony jest ruchomo na podstawie, zaś moduł górny (4) połączony jest z modułem dolnym poprzez wysięgnik łączący (3). Moduł dolny na podstawie poruszany jest ruchem obrotowym. Na powierzchni górnej modułu dolnego i na powierzchni dolnej modułu górnego (4) są co najmniej dwa wyżłobienia podłużne (5), które są równoległe do wysięgnika łączącego (3). W pobliżu środka każdego wyżłobienia podłużnego (5), umieszczone jest wybranie prostokątne (6) w przekroju poprzecznym, w którym umieszczony jest moduł napędowy (7). W pobliżu dwóch krótszych krawędzi wyżłobienia podłużnego (5) oraz jego środkowej części, na powierzchniach modułu dolnego i modułu górnego (4) umieszczone są moduły osadcze (8), które są przecięte przez te wyżłobienia podłużne (5) i w których zamocowane są wałki, na których osadzone są koła zębate (10). Wałek danego wyżłobienia podłużnego (5) połączony jest z odpowiadającym mu modułem napędowym (7). Na kołach zębatych (10) danego wyżłobienia podłużnego (5) osadzona jest taśma z co najmniej dwoma diodami LED (12). Near the center of each longitudinal groove (5) there is a rectangular recess (6) in cross section, in which the drive unit (7) is located. Near the two short edges of the longitudinal groove (5) and its central part, on the surfaces of the lower module and the upper module (4), settling modules (8) are placed, which are cut by these longitudinal grooves (5) and in which the rollers are mounted, on the with gears (10). The shaft of the given longitudinal groove (5) is connected to the corresponding drive unit (7). A strip with at least two LED diodes (12) is mounted on the gears (10) of the given longitudinal groove (5). Distance sensors are embedded on the upper surface of the lower module and on the lower surface of the upper module (4).
