Abstract

Wynalazek dotyczy sposobu wytwarzania 3',4'-dihydroksy-5,7-dimetoksyflawono wzorze 2. Postępując zgodnie z wynalazkiem, w wyniku działania układu enzymatycznego zawartego w komórkach szczepu Beauveria bassiana KCh J 1.5, następuje regioselektywna hydroksylacja substratu. Uzyskany w ten sposób produkt wydziela się z wodnej kultury mikroorganizmu, znanym sposobem, przez ekstrakcję rozpuszczalnikiem organicznym niemieszającym się z wodą (octan etylu).
