Abstract

Wynalazek dotyczy sposobu wytwarzania 4'-hydroksy-5,7-dimetoksyflawonu o wzorze 2. W wyniku działania układu enzymatycznego zawartego w komórkach szczepu Beauveria bassiana KCh J1.5, następuje O-demetylacja. Uzyskany w ten sposób produkt wydziela się z wodnej kultury mikroorganizmu, znanym sposobem, przez ekstrakcję rozpuszczalnikiem organicznym niemieszającym się z wodą (octan etylu).
