Boleslaw Kielbasiak Lódz, Polska Waclaiu Wodnicki Lódz, Polska Polipokosl z oleju falowego Patent dodatkowy do patentu nr 43541 Patent trwa od dnia 19 stycznia 1960 r.Wynalazek dotyczy produkcji polipokostu z oleju talowego, wulkanizowanego organicz¬ nymi zwiazkami siarki, jak dla produkcji lino¬ leum wedlug patentu nr 43541 na wynalazek pt. „Sposób przerobu oleju talowego do celów produkcji linoleum".Olej wulkanizowany sposobem wedlug wy¬ zej wymienionego patentu wykazal wiele zalet, a mianowicie: 1) mala nasiakliwosc powloki woda, 2) duza twardosc powloki, 3) wysoki polysk, 4) czas schniecia jak dla pokostów z oleju lnianego.Dalsze badania doprowadzily do otrzymania z oleju talowego polipokostu o zawartosci okolo 60°/o substancji nielotnych i 40% rozpuszczalni¬ ków organicznych.Jak w poprzednim wynalazku pt. „Sposób prze¬ robu oleju talowego do celów produkcji linole- um", olej talowy filtruje sie na goraco i odwadnia, nastepnie wulkanizuje organicznym zwiazkiem siarki w obecnosci katalizatora, po czym zobo¬ jetnia tlenkami glinu, wapnia i cynku w mie¬ szaninie lub pojedynczo — w zaleznosci od wy¬ magan odbiorcy — do liczby kwasowej oleju = 1—1,5.Do oleju otrzymanego wedlug podanego wy¬ zej sposobu dodaje sie okolo 40% rozpuszczal¬ ników organicznych. Gotowy polipokost mozna mieszac z pokostem lnianym w kazdym stosun¬ ku. The vulcanized oil according to the above-mentioned patent showed many advantages, namely: 1) low water coating, 2) high hardness of the coating, 3) high gloss, 4) drying time as for linseed oil varnish. Further research resulted in obtaining polypscent oil from tall oil with a content of about 60% of non-volatile substances and 40% of organic solvents. As in the previous invention, "Process of processing tall oil for the production of linoleum," um ", tall oil is hot filtered and dehydrated, then vulcanized with an organic sulfur compound in the presence of a catalyst, and then neutralized with aluminum, calcium and zinc oxides in a mixture or individually - depending on the recipient's requirements - to the acid number oil = 1-1.5.
