Abstract

Przedmiotem zgłoszenia przedstawionym na rysunku jest system ścian zewnętrznych budynku prefabrykowanego, zwłaszcza mieszkalnego, oraz sposób wytwarzania ściany zewnętrznej. System ścian zewnętrznych składa się z ściennych, z których każda ma betonową warstwę konstrukcyjną, usytuowaną od strony wnętrza budynku. Płyty ścienne na swoich dolnych i górnych brzegach posiadają czopy wchodzące do otworów w płytach stropowych, łączące ścianę z płytami stropowymi. Płyty ścienne mają także warstwę izolacji termicznej oraz betonową warstwę osłonową. Jedna ze ścian połączona jest z szachtem konstrukcyjnym, stabilizującym konstrukcję budynku. Pionowe brzegi płyt ściennych mają wnęki dla wkładek z materiału izolującego cieplnie, wsuwanych do tych wnęk w trakcie montażu budynku. Sposób wytwarzania ściany zewnętrznej obejmuje wylewanie w płaskiej formie betonowej warstwy konstrukcyjnej płyt ściennych, z jednoczesnym odlewaniem czopów służących do połączenia tych płyt z płytami stropowymi. Następnie w dojrzewający beton warstwy konstrukcyjnej wciska się styropianowe płyty izolacji termicznej, a na niej wylewa się betonową warstwę osłonową płyt ściennych.
