Abstract
Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest element pokrycia dachowego, zwłaszcza modułowa blachodachówka, charakteryzujący się tym, że na górnej powierzchni co najmniej jednego płaskiego ułożona jest pierwsza warstwa (2) materiału adhezyjnego na bazie polimeru aktywowanego pod wpływem podwyższonej temperatury; na pierwszej warstwie (2) materiału adhezyjnego usytuowany jest element fotowoltaiczny (3), przy czym element fotowoltaiczny (3) stanowi ogniwo o spodniej aktywacji emitera wykonane w technologii PERC; na elemencie fotowoltaicznym (3) ułożona jest druga warstwa (4) materiału adhezyjnego na bazie polimeru aktywowanego pod wpływem podwyższonej temperatury; na drugiej warstwie (4) materiału adhezyjnego ułożona jest transparentna warstwa ochronna (5); przy czym pierwsza warstwa (2) materiału adhezyjnego, element fotowoltaiczny (3), druga warstwa (4) materiału adhezyjnego i transparentna warstwa ochronna (5) połączone są ze sobą i korpusem elementu pokrycia dachowego (1) w procesie laminacji.The subject of the application is a roofing element, in particular a modular metal roofing tile, characterized in that a first layer (2) of an adhesive material based on a polymer activated by elevated temperature is laid on the upper surface of at least one flat; disposed on the first layer (2) of adhesive material, a photovoltaic element (3), the photovoltaic element (3) being an emitter underneath activation cell made in the PERC technology; provided on the photovoltaic element (3) a second layer (4) of an adhesive material based on a polymer activated by the elevated temperature; a transparent protective layer (5) is arranged on the second layer (4) of the adhesive material; the first layer (2) of the adhesive material, the photovoltaic element (3), the second layer (4) of the adhesive material and the transparent protective layer (5) are connected to each other and to the body of the roofing element (1) in the lamination process.
