Abstract

Przedmiotem wzoru jest element pokrycia dachu wyposażony w umieszczony na nim element fotowoltaiczny (2), zawierający dwanaście dachówek (1) wytłoczonych w jednym arkuszu blachy, ułożonych w jednej płaszczyźnie i rozmieszczonych w dwa rzędy po sześć dachówek (1), tak że całkowita wysokość elementu pokrycia dachu mieści się w zakresie od 800 mm do 1000 mm, zaś całkowita szerokość elementu pokrycia dachu mieści się w zakresie od 1500 mm do 2000 mm. Każda z dachówek (1) ma przekrój poprzeczny zawierający pierwszy łukowy fragment brzegowy (11) i drugi łukowy fragment brzegowy (12), pomiędzy którymi znajduje się otoczone płaskim i usytuowanym w całości w jednej płaszczyźnie rantem (13) zagłębienie (3). Nad zagłębieniem (3) jest umieszczony element fotowoltaiczny (2), natomiast w dachówce (1) powyżej zagłębienia (3) znajduje się rowek (4) przystosowany do mieszczenia przewodów przeprowadzonych wzdłuż panelu i wprowadzonych do rowka (4). Element fotowoltaiczny (2) zawiera pierwszą płytkę ze szkła solarnego, umieszczone na niej ogniwo fotowoltaiczne oraz drugą płytkę ze szkła solarnego przykrywającą ogniwo fotowoltaiczne, połączone przez laminowanie i mające wymiary dobrane tak, że szerokość pierwszej płytki ze szkła solarnego jest mniejsza od szerokości zagłębienia (3) i większa od szerokości ogniwa fotowoltaicznego, natomiast szerokość drugiej płytki ze szkła solarnego jest większa od szerokości zagłębienia (3) tak, że druga płytka ze szkła solarnego częściowo zachodzi na płaski rant (13), z którym jest połączona warstwą kleju. Wysokość drugiej płytki ze szkła solarnego jest mniejsza od wysokości zagłębienia (3), tak że pomiędzy górną i dolną krawędzią drugiej płytki ze szkła solarnego oraz odpowiednio górną i dolną krawędzią zagłębienia (3) pozostają pierwsza szpara i druga szpara o szerokości większej lub równej 5 mm. Dodatkowo element pokrycia dachu jest wyposażony u góry w zaczep (15), a u dołu we wpust (16).The subject of the pattern is a roofing element equipped with a photovoltaic element placed on it (2), containing twelve tiles (1) pressed in one sheet of metal, arranged in one plane and arranged in two rows of six tiles (1), so that the total height of the element the roof covering is in the range of 800 mm to 1000 mm, while the total width of the roof covering element is in the range of 1500 mm to 2000 mm. Each of the tiles (1) has a cross-section containing the first arched edge fragment (11) and the second arched edge fragment (12), between which there is a recess (13) surrounded by a flat and entirely in one plane edge (3). Above the recess (3) there is a photovoltaic element (2), while in the tile (1) above the recess (3) there is a groove (4) adapted to accommodate the wires run along the panel and inserted into the groove (4). The photovoltaic element (2) contains a first solar glass plate, a photovoltaic cell placed thereon and a second solar glass plate covering the photovoltaic cell, connected by lamination and having dimensions chosen so that the width of the first solar glass plate is smaller than the width of the recess (3 ) and larger than the width of the solar cell, while the width of the second solar glass plate is greater than the width of the depression (3) so that the second solar glass plate partly overlaps the flat edge (13) to which it is connected by a layer of glue. The height of the second solar glass plate is smaller than the height of the depression (3), so that between the upper and lower edges of the second solar glass plate and the upper and lower edges of the depression (3), respectively, the first crack and the second crack with a width greater than or equal to 5 mm . In addition, the roof covering element is equipped with a catch (15) at the top and a groove (16) at the bottom.
