Abstract

Urządzenie złożone jest ze zintegrowanych programowo: - modułu chłodniczego (C) oraz modułu mrożenia (F). W module chłodniczym (C) zabudowane są w układzie równoległym i rozstawieniu (B) większym od szerokości kosza transportowego regały przednie (2) i tylne (1) ze wspornikowymi slotami magazynowymi (3) na kosze transportowe. W pionowej płaszczyźnie symetrii (S-S) między regałami (1, 2) wbudowany jest ramowy manipulator kartezjański (R) z wodzakiem i mechanizmem chwytakowym (G1). Przestrzeń wewnętrzna modułu chłodniczego (C) włączona jest w obieg powietrza chłodzącego o ustabilizowanej temperaturze w zakresie 1 do 8°C (optymalnie 4°C), inicjowany przez agregat chłodniczy. Na czołowej ścianie obudowy modułu chłodniczego (C), poniżej slotów magazynowych (3) regału przedniego (1), znajdują się okna nadawczo-odbiorcze (W). Okna (W) mają konstrukcję śluz z szufladą, której otwór tylny okresowo zamykany jest ruchomą przegrodą tylną a z przodu ma jednopłatowe drzwi (56) zawieszone na pionowym zawiasie i blokowane przez elektromagnetyczny zamek. W module mrożenia (F) skrytki depozytowe mają ścianki perforowane otworami na drzwiczkach podświetlany jest numer aktualnie dostępnego do odbioru zamówienia.
