Abstract
Wynalazek rozwiązuje zagadnienie sposobu zagospodarowania odpadów kopolimeru octanu winylu z etylenem, znajdującego zastosowanie głównie w przemyśle obuwniczym. Sposób polega na tym, że na wstępie odpady kopolimeru poddaje się segregacji, po czym kieruje się do trzystopniowej fragmentacji na młynach wolno i szybkoobrotowych. Rozdrobnione w trzech etapach frakcje odpadu kopolimeru octanu winylu z etylenem o wymiarach drobin 2-3 mm kieruje się do pulweryzatora i poddaje kriopulweryzacji, schładzając ciekłym azotem do temperatury -170°C : -200°C, po czym spulweryzowany proszek kopolimeru o wielkości drobin mniejszych niż 500 mikronów jako napełniacz dozuje się do mieszanki kopolimerowej octanu winylu z etylenem.
