背景技术
随着塑料业的发展,市场竞争力的加大,耐候性是一个非常重要的性能指标,传统的 材料在户外使用10年以上会出现变黄老化现象,并且材料各项性能均出现明显下降,传统的塑料材料很难达到日益增加的耐候性要求,因此,需要一种用于改善耐候性的功能母粒,改善母粒性能,延长塑料的使用寿命。
发明内容
为解决上述存在的问题,本发明的目的在于提供一种用于改善耐候性的功能母粒,所述用于改善耐候性的功能母粒本添加有亚纳米球形硅微粉,保持母粒较好的物理机械性能和热力学性能,同时具有较好的耐候性长时间使用不易老化,使用寿命长。
为达到上述目的,本发明的技术方案是:
一种用于改善耐候性的功能母粒,包括如下质量份数的组分:基体树脂:24-35份;亚纳米球形硅微粉:2-6份;紫外线吸收剂:10-18份;分散剂:3-7份;润滑剂:2-6份;色料:1-5份。
进一步地,包括如下质量份数的组分:基体树脂:24-30份;亚纳米球形硅微粉:4-6份;紫外线吸收剂:13-18份;分散剂:3-5份;润滑剂:4-6份;色料:1-3份。
进一步地,包括如下质量份数的组分:基体树脂:27份;亚纳米球形硅微粉:4.5份;紫外线吸收剂:16份;分散剂:4份;润滑剂:4.5份;色料:2份。
进一步地,所述基体树脂为聚乙烯或聚丙烯或ABS中的任一种。
进一步地,所述亚纳米球形硅微粉的粒径为200~400nm。
进一步地,所述紫外线吸收剂为氯代苯并三唑类紫外线吸收剂。
进一步地,所述分散剂为EVA蜡或OP蜡或TAS-2A中的任一种。
