Abstract

Przedmiotem wynalazku jest trójbazowa, bezdymna mieszanina prochowa zawierająca trzy podstawowe składniki energetyczne i strukturalne w postaci nitroestrów: nitrocelulozy, nitrogliceryny i diazotanu glikolu dietylenowego (dinitrodwuglikolu) a także ftalan dietylu spełniający rolę plastyfikatora, stabilizator stałości chemicznej – N,N'-dietylo, N',N'-difenylomocznik (Centralit-I) oraz dodatki technologiczne - wazelinę i grafit, ułatwiające formowanie mieszaniny prochowej w celu otrzymania ziarna prochowego o odpowiednim kształcie i wymiarach. The subject of the invention is a three-base, smokeless powder mixture containing three basic energy and structural components in the form of nitroesters: nitrocellulose, nitroglycerin and diethylene glycol dinitrate (dinithrodiglycol) as well as diethyl phthalate acting as a plasticizer, stabilizer of chemical stability - N, N'-diethyl, N ' , N'-diphenylurea (Centralit-I) and technological additives - petroleum jelly and graphite, facilitating the formation of a powder mixture in order to obtain a powder grain of the appropriate shape and dimensions. Such powder masses are characterized by relatively low calorific value, usually close to 4600 J / g, which makes them suitable for the production of smokeless artillery powders with low erosivity. On the other hand, the low erosion of gunpowder contributes to the extension of the service life of artillery gun barrels. The essence of the three-base powder mass according to the invention, containing: nitrocellulose, nitroglycerin, diethylene glycol dinitrate, chemical stability stabilizer - N, N'-diethyl, N ', N'-diphenylurea as well as petroleum jelly and graphite consists in the fact that the powder mixture consists of 50, 0-52.1 parts by weight of nitrocellulose with a nitrogen content of 13.28% of its weight, 31.0-32.1 parts by weight of nitroglycerin, 12-13 parts by weight of diethylene glycol dinitrate, 2.5-3.0 parts by weight of Centralit 1, 0.8-1.0 parts by weight of petroleum jelly, 0.8-1.0 parts by weight of diethyl phthalate and 0.08-0.1 parts by weight of graphite. From the powder mixture according to the invention, it is possible to obtain fine-grained, smokeless powder with a calorific value close to 4600 J / g and ballistic parameters ensuring an appropriate muzzle velocity of a thrown projectile as a result of combustion of a powder charge.
