Abstract
Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest sposób wytwarzania monofolii poliestrowej z recyklatów do kontaktu z żywnością, który polega na tym, że recyklat poli(tereftalanu etylenu) PET w stanie stałym podgrzewa się w przepływie gorącego powietrza do temperatury 160°C do 210°C pod obniżonym ciśnieniem i/lub w przepływie gazu obojętnego, po czym produkt reakcji polikondensacji w stanie stałym połączonej z dekontaminacją chłodzi się do temperatury poniżej 100°C i kieruje do głównej wytłaczarki jedno- lub dwuślimakowej i prowadzi wytłaczanie folii w procesie ciągłym z zastosowaniem urządzenia wyposażonego w jedną główną wytłaczarkę i ewentualnie wytłaczarki dodatkowe, przy czym ewentualnie w bloku współwytłaczającym łączy się strumienie stopionego tworzywa pochodzące z wytłaczarki głównej i ewentualnie wytłaczarek dodatkowych w jeden uzyskując układ jednowarstwowy zawierający 100% recyklatu lub wielowarstwowy, przy czym ilość recyklatu w folii wielowarstwowej jest większa niż 50%.The subject of the application is a method of producing polyester monofilament from recyclates for contact with food, which consists in the fact that solid state poly (ethylene terephthalate) PET recyclate is heated in the flow of hot air to a temperature of 160 ° C to 210 ° C under reduced pressure and / or in an inert gas flow, whereafter the solid-state polycondensation reaction product combined with decontamination is cooled to a temperature below 100 ° C and directed to the main single or twin screw extruder and the film is extruded in a continuous process using a device equipped with one main extruder and optionally, additional extruders, where, optionally, in the coextrusion block, the melt streams from the main extruder and optionally additional extruders are combined into one to obtain a single-layer system containing 100% of recyclate or a multi-layer system, where the amount of recyclate in the multi-layer film is greater than 50%.
