Abstract

Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest sposób wytwarzania poliestrowych opakowań o podwyższonej odporności termicznej do produktów nalewanych na gorąco i/lub przeznaczonych do sterylizacji. Sposób polega na tym, że recyklat PET w postaci przemiału lub granulatu lub w postaci mieszanek PET z PET/PE w stanie stałym podgrzewa się w przepływie gorącego powietrza do temperatury 20°C do 80°C pod obniżonym ciśnieniem i/lub w przepływie gazu obojętnego, po czym surowiec po suszeniu kieruje się do głównej wytłaczarki jedno- lub dwuślimakowej i prowadzi wytłaczanie folii w procesie ciągłym z zastosowaniem urządzenia wyposażonego w jedną główną wytłaczarkę i ewentualnie wytłaczarki dodatkowe. Ewentualnie w bloku współwytłaczającym łączy się strumienie stopionego tworzywa pochodzące z wytłaczarki głównej i ewentualnie wytłaczarek dodatkowych w jeden uzyskując układ wielowarstwowy, przy czym ilość recyklatu w folii wielowarstwowej jest większa niż 80%. W drugim etapie schłodzona folia kierowana jest na termoformierkę i w pierwszej kolejności podgrzewana jest w stacji ogrzewania wstępnego do temperatury 50 – 60 C, a następnie w stacji ogrzewania zasadniczego jedną bądź dwoma płytami grzewczymi do temperatury powierzchni arkusza w zakresie od 70 C do 160 C po czym folia formowana jest w gnieździe formy, cały cykl formowania trwa od 2 s do 5 s, i finalnie uformowane opakowanie jest wycinane.The subject of the application is a method of manufacturing polyester packaging with increased thermal resistance for hot-poured products and/or intended for sterilization. The method consists in recyclate of PET in the form of regrind or granules or in the form of blends of PET with PET/PE in the solid state, heated in a flow of hot air to a temperature of 20°C to 80°C under reduced pressure and/or in a flow of inert gas , after which the raw material after drying is directed to the main single- or twin-screw extruder and extrusion of the film is carried out in a continuous process using a device equipped with one main extruder and optionally additional extruders. Optionally, in the co-extrusion block, streams of melt coming from the main extruder and optionally additional extruders are combined into one, obtaining a multi-layer system, with the amount of recyclate in the multi-layer film being greater than 80%. In the second stage, the cooled foil is directed to the thermoforming machine and is first heated in the preheating station to the temperature of 50 - 60 C, and then in the main heating station with one or two heating plates to the temperature of the sheet surface in the range of 70 C to 160 C, and then the film is formed in the mold cavity, the entire forming cycle lasts from 2 s to 5 s, and the finally formed package is cut out.
