Wynalazek dotyczy krystalicznej formy kompleksu azydek diakwabis(L-arginina)miedzi(II), znajdującej zastosowanie jako składnik leku o działaniu przeciwgrzybicznym i antybakteryjnym. Wynalazek zapewnia również sposób wytwarzania krystalicznej formy kompleksu azydek diakwabis(L-arginina)miedzi(II), charakteryzujący się tym, że jedną część molową uwodnionej soli miedzi (II), rozpuszcza się w wodzie i poddaje się reakcji z jedną lub dwoma częściami molowymi wodnego roztworu L-argininy, a następnie powstałą mieszaninę poddaje się reakcji z jedną lub dwiema lub trzema częściami molowymi wodnego roztworu KN3, po czym klarowną mieszaninę pozostawia się do powolnego odparowywania w temperaturze pokojowej, po minimum 11 dniach otrzymuje się krystaliczną formę azydek diakwabis(L-arginina)miedzi(II).The invention relates to a crystalline form of the diacwabis (L-arginine) copper (II) azide complex, which is used as a component of a drug with antifungal and antibacterial properties. The invention also provides a method for the preparation of a crystalline form of the diacwabis (L-arginine) copper (II) azide complex, characterized in that one mole part of hydrated copper (II) salt is dissolved in water and reacted with one or two mole parts of aqueous L-arginine solution, and then the resulting mixture is reacted with one or two or three molar parts of an aqueous KN3 solution, then the clear mixture is allowed to evaporate slowly at room temperature, after a minimum of 11 days the crystalline form of diacwabis azide (L- arginine) copper (II).
