Abstract
Zgłoszenie dotyczy krystalicznej formy kompleksu dihydrat triakwabis(1.3-dimetyloksantyno)miedź(II) o wzorze 1, znajdującej zastosowanie jako składnik leku o wolnym uwalnianiu i kontrolowanym stężeniu teofiliny. Zgłoszenie obejmuje również sposób wytwarzania krystalicznej formy kompleksu dihydrat triakwabis(1.3-dimetyloksantyno)miedź(II) o wzorze 1, który charakteryzuje się tym, że jedną część molową uwodnionej soli octanu miedzi(II), rozpuszcza się w wodzie i poddaje się reakcji z dwiema częściami molowymi wodnego roztworu 1.3-dimetyloksantyny z dodatkiem 80% stężonego kwasu octowego. Po minimum 14 dniach otrzymuje się krystaliczną formę dihydrat triakwabis(1.3-dimetyloksantyno)miedź(II) o wzorze 1.The application relates to the crystalline form of the triacquisbis (1.3-dimethylxanthine) copper (II) dihydrate complex of formula 1, which is used as a component of a slow release drug and a controlled concentration of theophylline. The application also includes a process for producing the crystalline form of the triacquisbis (1.3-dimethylxanthine) copper (II) dihydrate complex, which is characterized in that one molar part of the hydrated salt of copper (II) acetate is dissolved in water and reacted with two mole parts of aqueous 1.3-dimethylxanthine with 80% concentrated acetic acid. After a minimum of 14 days, the crystalline form triacquisbis (1.3-dimethylxanthine) copper (II) dihydrate is obtained with formula (1).
