Abstract

Przedmiotem wynalazku jest sonotroda do urządzenia do atomizacji ultradźwiękowej metali i ich stopów, obejmująca: korpus (1) z materiału o przewodności cieplnej większej niż 150 W/m*K, oraz rdzeń (2) stanowiący końcówkę wysokotemparaturową sonotrody, z materiału o temperaturze topnienia lub rozkładu termicznego wynoszącej co najmniej 1200°C, przy czym korpus (2) i rdzeń (1) połączone są mechanicznie albo dyfuzyjnie albo za pomocą obu metod łącznie.
