Przedmiotem wynalazku jest sonotroda do urządzenia do atomizacji ultradźwiękowej metali i ich stopów, obejmująca: korpus (1) z materiału o przewodności cieplnej większej niż 150 W/m*K, oraz rdzeń (2) stanowiący końcówkę wysokotemparaturową sonotrody, z materiału o temperaturze topnienia lub rozkładu termicznego wynoszącej co najmniej 1200°C, przy czym korpus (2) i rdzeń (1) połączone są mechanicznie albo dyfuzyjnie albo za pomocą obu metod łącznie.The subject of the invention is a sonotrode for an ultrasonic atomization device for metals and their alloys, including: a body (1) made of a material with a thermal conductivity greater than 150 W / m * K, and a core (2) being the tip of a high-temperature sonotrode, made of a material with a melting point or a thermal decomposition of at least 1200 ° C, the body (2) and the core (1) being connected mechanically or by diffusion or by both methods together.
