Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest oprawa obrazu lub reproduk- cji malarstwa, która moze takze byc stosowana jako przestrzenna oprawa przedmiotu, wizerunku, napisu lub innej formy wyrazu artystycznego. Istote wzoru przemyslowego stanowi oryginalna postac oprawy przejawiajaca sie w wzajemnym ukladzie elementów o charakterystycznych efektach plastycznych. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego jest uwidoczniony na zalaczonej fotogra- fii, gdzie na fig. 1 przedstawiono wzór oprawy przestrzennej otwartej wy- puklej z pogrubieniem w widoku z przodu oraz na rysunku gdzie na fig. 2 pokazano oprawe przestrzenna w widoku z boku w ujeciu schematycznym. Przestrzenna oprawa obrazu charakteryzuje sie tym, ze tworza ja na- lozone na siebie plaszczyzny o zróznicowanych wymiarach, barwach i ele- mentach kompozycyjnych w ten sposób, ze praca eksponowana jest wynie- siona ponad pozostale czesci oprawy. Oprawa obrazu przedstawiona na fig. 1 jest oprawa otwarta z pogru- bieniem, gdzie obraz jest naklejany na malejace tak, iz kazdy nastepny jest mniejszy od poprzedniego, elementy plytowe i ulozone schodkowo i maja- ce ksztalt zblizony do pryzmatoidu prosto scietego, z tym, ze wyrózniona czesc obrazu jest umieszczona na pogrubieniu 2_- dodatkowym odpowia- dajacym jej ksztaltowi nalozonym elemencie. Przedstawiony na zalaczonych fotografiach obraz nie jest przedmio- tem wzoru i nie stanowi cechy istotnej wzoru przemyslowego. Obraz wyko- rzystany w opisie sluzy jako przyklad do przedstawienia efektów estetycz- nych i zdobniczych oprawy obrazu. Korzystne jest stosowanie wobec obrazów technik uszlachetniajacych i zabezpieczajacych jak np. patynowanie i zabezpieczenie przeciwwilgo- ciowe.Cechy istotne wzoru przemyslowego 1. The essence of an industrial design is the original form of the frame, manifested in the mutual arrangement of elements with characteristic visual effects. The subject of the industrial design is shown in the attached photograph, where Fig. 1 shows the pattern of an open, convex, bold three-dimensional frame in a front view, and in the drawing, where Fig. 2 shows a schematic side view of the three-dimensional frame. A three-dimensional frame for a picture is characterized by being created by overlapping surfaces of varying dimensions, colors, and compositional elements, so that the displayed work is elevated above the remaining parts of the frame. The picture frame shown in Fig. 1 is an open frame with a bold backing, where the picture is glued onto decreasing, stepped panel elements, each smaller than the previous one, similar in shape to a straight-cut prismatoid, with the highlighted part of the picture placed on an additional bold backing corresponding to its shape on the superimposed element. The picture shown in the attached photographs is not the subject of a design and does not constitute an essential feature of an industrial design. The image used in the description serves as an example to demonstrate the aesthetic and decorative effects of a picture frame. It is advantageous to use refining and protective techniques for paintings, such as patinating and moisture protection. Essential features of the industrial design: 1.
