Abstract
Przedmiotem wynalazku jest sposób wykonywania pierścieni łożyska o podwyższonej twardości minimalnej 850 HV1 ze stali 38HMJ obejmujący czynności technologiczne w procesie obróbki cieplnochemicznej. Sposób wykonywania łożyska o podwyższonej twardości ze stali 38HMJ obejmujący proces obróbki cieplno-chemicznej, charakteryzuje się tym, że obejmuje następujące po sobie czynności: wytoczone pierścienie nagrzewa się do temperatury austenityzacji 880 ÷ 920°C, następnie pierścienie chłodzi się w medium chłodzącym - oleju o temperaturze 70 ÷ 100°C lub roztworze soli korzystnie 44% NaNO2 i 56% KNO3, o temperaturze 160 ÷ 180°C, kolejno pierścienie poddaje się wysokiemu odpuszczaniu w temperaturach 550 ÷ 600°C przez 90 ÷ 180 minut, następnie pierścienie poddaje się obróbce szlifierskiej, szlifując czoło pierścieni, bieżnie i średnice, kolejno pierścienie poddaje się azotowaniu w atmosferze gazowej o składzie 55 ÷ 75% NH3zdys, 40 ÷ 20% NH3, N2 5%, na głębokość do 0,3 mm lub azotonawęglaniu w atmosferze 40 ÷ 60% NH3, 60 ÷ 40% CH4 na głębokości 0,03 mm, w zakresie temperatur 500 ÷ 520°C, w czasie od 90 do 300 minut, finalnie dogładza się oscylacyjnie bieżnie pierścieni łożyskowych.The subject of the invention is a method of making bearing rings with an increased minimum hardness of 850 HV1 from 38HMJ steel, including technological activities in the heat-chemical treatment process. The method of making a bearing with increased hardness of 38HMJ steel, including the process of thermo-chemical treatment, is characterized by the following steps: the extruded rings are heated to the austenitizing temperature of 880 ÷ 920 ° C, then the rings are cooled in a cooling medium - oil with temperature 70 ÷ 100 ° C or salt solution, preferably 44% NaNO2 and 56% KNO3, at a temperature of 160 ÷ 180 ° C, then the rings are subjected to high tempering at temperatures of 550 ÷ 600 ° C for 90 ÷ 180 minutes, then the rings are processed grinding, grinding the face of the rings, raceways and diameters, successively, the rings are nitrided in a gas atmosphere of 55 ÷ 75% NH3diss, 40 ÷ 20% NH3, N2 5%, to a depth of 0.3 mm or nitrocarburizing in an atmosphere of 40 ÷ 60 % NH3, 60 ÷ 40% CH4 at a depth of 0.03 mm, in the temperature range 500 ÷ 520 ° C, during 90 to 300 minutes, the oscillating raceways of the bearing rings are finally superfinished.
