Abstract

Przedmiotem wynalazku jest zgrabiarka nasiębierna do zbioru roślin słomiastych, zwłaszcza motylkowych, mająca zastosowanie w rolnictwie precyzyjnym. Zgrabiarka charakteryzuje się tym, że rama (1) w tylnej części połączona jest z kołami jezdnymi poprzez ruchowo zamontowane wahacze, gdzie pomiędzy wahaczami a ramą (1) zamocowane są siłowniki hydrauliczne S3, przy czym rama (1) składa się z co najmniej dwóch profili, gdzie profil ramy I połączony jest wahliwie z profilem ramy II, a pomiędzy profilem ramy I i profilem ramy II zamontowany jest siłownik S2, natomiast do profilu ramy I przymocowany jest układ prowadnic windy (4), na której to windzie (4) zamontowany jest zespół roboczy (2c) stanowiący środkową sekcję podbieraczowo-przenośnikową, zaś po obu stronach zgrabiarki usytuowane są zespoły robocze (2a i 2b), stanowiące boczne sekcje podbieraczowo-przenośnikowe, które z ramą (1) połączone są poprzez układ ruchowo zamontowanych ramion (3).The subject of the invention is a forage rake for harvesting straw plants, especially legumes, which is used in precision agriculture. The rake is characterized by the fact that the frame (1) in the rear part is connected with the road wheels through movably mounted rockers, where between the rockers and the frame (1) are mounted hydraulic cylinders S3, while the frame (1) consists of at least two profiles , where the I frame profile is pivoted to the II frame profile, and the S2 actuator is mounted between the I frame profile and the II frame profile, while the elevator guide system (4) is attached to the frame profile I, on which the elevator (4) is mounted working unit (2c) constituting the central pick-up-conveyor section, while on both sides of the rake there are working units (2a and 2b), constituting side pick-up-conveyor sections, which are connected to the frame (1) by a system of movably mounted arms (3) .
