Abstract

Płyta mająca cztery krawędzie boczne oraz dwie równoległe do siebie płaszczyzny zewnętrzne, zawierająca listwy drewniane (1) oraz co najmniej jedną warstwę przezroczystego tworzywa sztucznego (2), przy czym na co najmniej jednej z tych płaszczyzn płyta ma powierzchnie z listew drewnianych (1) i przezroczystego tworzywa sztucznego (2), według wynalazku charakteryzuje się tym, że ma co najmniej jeden otwór, w którym zamocowane jest źródło światła (4) skierowane do wnętrza płyty, prostopadle do warstwy tworzywa sztucznego (2). Sposób charakteryzuje się tym, że w pierwszym etapie brusy drewniane rozcina się na listwy (1), a przezroczyste tworzywo sztuczne (2), w płytowej postaci, obrabia się (6) tak by po złożeniu z drewnianymi listwami tworzyły płytę, a następnie wyrównuje się grubość i szerokość listew (1) drewnianych. W drugim etapie na powierzchnię listew (1) drewnianych lub na powierzchnię tworzywa sztucznego (2), na której układa się te listwy (1), nanosi się klej, a całość złożoną w kształt płyty umieszcza się w prasie i sprasowuje się. W trzecim etapie uzyskaną płytę struga się na zadaną grubość, tnie i szlifuje się nadając jej ostateczny kształt.
