Abstract
Wynalazek dotyczy sposobu wytwarzania 4'-hydroksy-5,7-dimetoksyflawonu o wzorze 2. W wyniku działania układu enzymatycznego zawartego w komórkach szczepu Isaria fumosorosea KCh J2, następuje O-demetylacja. Uzyskany w ten sposób produkt wydziela się z wodnej kultury mikroorganizmu, znanym sposobem, przez ekstrakcję rozpuszczalnikiem organicznym niemieszającym się z wodą (octan etylu).The invention relates to a process for the preparation of 4'-hydroxy-5,7-dimethoxyflavone of the formula 2. As a result of the enzyme system contained in the cells of the Isaria fumosorosea KCh J2 strain, O-demethylation occurs. The product obtained in this way is separated from the aqueous culture of the microorganism by a known method by extraction with a water-immiscible organic solvent (ethyl acetate).
