Abstract

Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest sposób otrzymywania folii rozpuszczalnej w wodzie, na bazie karboksymetyloskrobi, polegający na tym, że karboksymetyloskrobię rozpuszcza się w wodzie, dodaje się plastyfikator w postaci gliceryny i miesza do uzyskania homogenicznego układu, który wylewa się do formy i suszy w temperaturze od 50°C do 100°C, w warunkach rH 35 do 70%, w czasie od 6 godzin do 48 godzin, charakteryzuje się tym, że w wodzie rozpuszcza się karboksymetyloskrobię, w ilości od 10 - 90% wagowych w suchej masie mieszaniny polimerów oraz poli(alkohol winylowy). Stosuje się karboksymetyloskrobię o stopniu podstawienia od 0,3 do 0,9, a poli(alkohol winylowy) o stopniu polimeryzacji od 150 do 2200 oraz stopniu hydrolizy od 80 do 99,9%. Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest także folia rozpuszczalna w wodzie, na bazie karboksymetyloskrobi zawierająca plastyfikator w postaci gliceryny, charakteryzuje się tym, że stanowi produkt otrzymany z roztworu wodnego karboksymetyloskrobi i poli(alkoholu winylowego), przy czym zawartość karboksymetyloskrobi wynosi 10 - 90% wagowych. Karboksymetyloskrobia charakteryzuje się stopniem podstawienia od 0,3 do 0,9. Poli(alkohol winylowy) charakteryzuje się stopniem polimeryzacji od 150 do 2200 oraz stopniem hydrolizy od 80 do 99,9%.The subject of the application is a method for the preparation of a water-soluble film based on carboxymethyl starch, which consists in dissolving carboxymethyl starch in water, adding a glycerin plasticizer and mixing until a homogeneous system is obtained, which is poured into a mold and dried at a temperature of 50 ° C. C to 100 ° C, in rH 35 to 70% conditions, for 6 hours to 48 hours, it is characterized by the fact that carboxymethyl starch is dissolved in water in an amount of 10 - 90% by weight in the dry weight of a mixture of polymers and poly ( vinyl alcohol). A carboxymethyl starch with a degree of substitution of 0.3 to 0.9, and a poly (vinyl alcohol) with a degree of polymerization from 150 to 2200 and a degree of hydrolysis from 80 to 99.9% are used. The subject of the application is also a water-soluble film based on carboxymethyl starch containing a plasticizer in the form of glycerin, characterized in that it is a product obtained from an aqueous solution of carboxymethyl starch and polyvinyl alcohol, the content of carboxymethyl starch being 10 - 90% by weight. Carboxymethyl starch has a degree of substitution from 0.3 to 0.9. Poly (vinyl alcohol) has a degree of polymerization from 150 to 2200 and a degree of hydrolysis from 80 to 99.9%.
