Abstract

Urządzenie do oczyszczania ścieków zawiera zbiornik (1) z doprowadzonym do niego przewodem doprowadzającym (4) dla ścieków surowych oraz odprowadzonym od niego przewodem odprowadzającym (6) dla ścieków oczyszczonych i przewodem wyprowadzającym (5) dla nadmiernego osadu. Układ do napowietrzania zawiera dmuchawę (11) połączoną przewodem rurowym (10) z napowietrzaczem (9). Wewnątrz zbiornika (1) jest przegroda cyrkulacyjna, zaś napowietrzacz (9), w przekroju poprzecznym zbiornika (1), jest pomiędzy tą przegrodą cyrkulacyjną a ścianą wewnętrzną zbiornika (1) bliższą do przegrody cyrkulacyjnej. Sposób oczyszczania ścieków prowadzi się tak, że w etapie napełniania do zbiornika (1) z osadem czynnym, przewodem doprowadzającym (4), wprowadzane są ścieki surowe. W etapie reakcji prowadzone jest napowietrzanie zbiornika (1) powietrzem doprowadzonym poprzez napowietrzacz (9). W reakcji sedymentacji, przy wyłączonym napowietrzaczu (9), następuje oddzielenie osadu od ścieków oczyszczonych. W etapie dekantacji ścieki oczyszczone odprowadzane są przewodem odprowadzającym (6), zaś nadmiarowy osad odprowadza się przewodem wyprowadzającym (5). W etapie reakcji powietrze do zbiornika (1) doprowadza się pomiędzy przegrodę cyrkulacyjną a ścianę wewnętrzną zbiornika (1). Prowadzi się cyrkulację ścieków i osadu czynnego w całej objętości zbiornika (1) i prowadzi się nitryfikację azotu amonowego lub denitryfikację lub defosfatację.The sewage treatment plant comprises a tank (1) with an inlet pipe (4) for raw sewage connected thereto and a discharge line (6) for treated sewage and a discharge line (5) for excess sludge led therefrom. In the sedimentation reaction, with the aerator (9) turned off, the sludge is separated from the treated sewage. In the decanting stage, the treated wastewater is discharged through the discharge pipe (6), and the excess sludge is removed through the discharge pipe (5). In the reaction stage, air is supplied to the tank (1) between the circulation baffle and the inner wall of the tank (1). The sewage and activated sludge are circulated in the entire volume of the tank (1) and ammonium nitrification or denitrification or dephosphatation are carried out.
