오염원수를 수용하여 처리하고 슬러지를 방출하는 반응 탱크와, 상기 반응 탱크의 내부에서 공기를 상방향으로 공급하는 폭기 수단과, 상기 반응 탱크의 내부에 격벽으로 설치되어 상기 반응 탱크 상부의 처리수를 유입시켜 고액 분리하여 처리수를 방출하며 침전된 슬러지를 상기 반응 탱크 하부로 방출하는 침전 탱크를 포함하는 생물학적 수처리 통합 반응조로 오염원수를 처리한 후, 상기 수처리 통합 반응조의 침전 탱크로부터 방출되는 처리수를 응집·화학 처리하는 수질 조정조에서 재처리하는 생물·화학적 순환 고도 처리 시스템은 하·폐수 중의 유기 물질과 영양 염류인 질소와 인의 높은 제거 효율을 유지하면서, 설비 규모의 소형화를 이루어, 시설 비용이 격감되며 운전 및 유지 관리가 용이하고, 처리수 수질 악화시 기존 고도 처리에 비해 훨씬 적은 응집제 사용으로도 처리 시설 관리인의 신속한 방류 수질의 조정 및 관리가 가능한 하·폐수 고도처리 시스템이다.A reaction tank for receiving and treating contaminated water and discharging sludge, aeration means for supplying air upward from the inside of the reaction tank, and a partition wall inside the reaction tank to treat treated water above the reaction tank.
