Abstract

Przedmiotem zgłoszenie jest sposób otrzymywania drożdży paszowych polega na tym, że wytwarza się rozpulchnioną biomasę konopi siewnych (Cannabis sativa L.) z wysuszonej i zmielonej słomy tych konopi w wyniku zmieszania z wodą, poddania tej mieszaniny obróbce termicznej, ochłodzenia do temperatury 55°C i ustalenia jej pH na poziomie 5,0 - 5,5, po czym wytwarza się źródło enzymów celulolitycznych przeznaczonych do procesu hydrolizy biomasy konopi jako fazę ciekłą hydrolizy enzymatycznej tej biomasy prowadzonej przy użyciu mieszaniny endo-beta-1,4-glukanazy, egzo-beta-1,4-glukanazy oraz beta-glukozydazy, a następnie odrębną porcję otrzymanej uprzednio biomasy konopi poddaje się hydrolizie enzymatycznej stosując fazę ciekłą uprzednio prowadzonej hydrolizy enzymatycznej jako źródło enzymów celulolitycznych, a ciecz oddzieloną po tej hydrolizie enzymatycznej, wzbogaconą nieorganicznymi solami azotu, fosforu i magnezu, zaszczepia mieszaniną szczepów drożdży z gatunku Pichia stipitis i Candida guilliermondii i prowadzi hodowlę napowietrzaną drożdży, oddziela ciecz pohodowlaną zawierającą namnożone komórki drożdży, które odfiltrowuje się i suszy.The subject of the application is a method of obtaining fodder yeast, which consists in the production of expanded hemp biomass (Cannabis sativa L.) from dried and ground straw of this hemp as a result of mixing with water, subjecting this mixture to thermal treatment, cooling to a temperature of 55 ° C and adjusting its pH at the level of 5.0-5.5, after which a source of cellulolytic enzymes for the hydrolysis of hemp biomass is produced as a liquid phase of enzymatic hydrolysis of this biomass carried out using a mixture of endo-beta-1,4-glucanase, exo-beta -1,4-glucanase and beta-glucosidase, and then a separate portion of the hemp biomass obtained previously is subjected to enzymatic hydrolysis using the liquid phase of the previously carried out enzymatic hydrolysis as a source of cellulolytic enzymes, and the liquid separated after this enzymatic hydrolysis, enriched with inorganic nitrogen, phosphorus and phosphorus salts magnesium, inoculated with a mixture of yeast strains of the species Pichia stipitis and Candida guilliermondii and cultivating an aerated yeast, separating the culture liquid containing the multiplied yeast cells, which is filtered and dried.
