Abstract
Zgłoszenie rozwiązuje problem uzyskania optymalnych parametrów izolacji termicznej przy znacznie zmniejszonej głębokości profilu ościeżnicy i skrzydła okiennego oraz zmniejszonej ilości komór, a także uzyskania zmniejszonego ciężaru profilu i zwiększenia jego parametrów sztywności. Zestaw profili ościeżnicy i skrzydła okiennego, charakteryzuje się tym, że profil ościeżnicy (1) i profil skrzydła okiennego (2) ma izolacyjne wkłady narożne o zarysie graniastosłupa ściętego przylegające do obu końców kształtowych elementów podłużnych posiadających co najmniej jeden człon usztywniający i zespolony z nim trwale panel izolacyjny (5). Izolacyjny wkład narożny ma zarys graniastosłupa ściętego o kącie ścięcia odpowiadającym połowie kąta zawartego pomiędzy łączonymi ramiakami skrzydła (2) i/ lub ościeżnicy (1). Człon usztywniający (4) ma element z litego z drewna (7) oraz boczne nakładki (8) z profili metalowych i/lub profili z materiałów kompozytowych.The application solves the problem of obtaining optimal thermal insulation parameters with a significantly reduced depth of the frame and sash profile and a reduced number of chambers, as well as obtaining a reduced profile weight and increasing its stiffness parameters. The set of frame and window sash profiles is characterized by the fact that the frame profile (1) and the window sash profile (2) have insulating corner inserts with a truncated prism outline adjacent to both ends of longitudinal shaped elements having at least one stiffening member and permanently joined to it insulating panel (5). The insulating corner insert has the outline of a truncated prism with a shear angle corresponding to half the angle between the joined stiles of the wing (2) and / or the frame (1). The stiffening member (4) has a solid wood element (7) and side caps (8) of metal profiles and / or composite material profiles.
