Abstract
Przedmiotem zgłoszenia są drzwi zewnętrzne kompozytowe, które charakteryzują się tym, że skrzydło drzwiowe tych drzwi stanowi prostokątna rama utworzona z dwóch pionowych profilowych ramiaków i dwóch poziomych profilowych ramiaków (31 i 32) połączonych nierozłącznie ze sobą ich końcami ściętymi pod kątami ? = 45°, które na końcach swych zewnętrznych powierzchni mają wykonane z obu stron kątownikowe wręgi (35), w których osadzone są trwale połączone z nimi obie płyciny usztywniające (53) wykonane z włókien drzewnych typu HDF, a z nimi oraz z pionowymi obu zewnętrznymi powierzchniami ramy tego skrzydła połączone są nierozłącznie płycinowe okładziny (54) wykonane z kompozytu polimerowo - drzewnego typu WPC, natomiast pomiędzy obu płycinami usztywniającymi (53) umieszczony jest stalowy kształtownik usytuowany pionowo w pobliżu pionowego ramiaka ramy tego skrzydła, którego oba końce przymocowane są do obu jego profilowych ramiaków (31 i 32), przy czym utworzone zarówno pomiędzy tymi ramiakami, stalowym kształtownikiem i płycinami usztywniającymi komory jak i komory (40 i 41) utworzone w ramiakach pionowych oraz poziomych ramiakach (31 i 32) tej ościeżnicy wypełnione są tworzywem termoizolacyjnym (15).The subject of the application are composite external doors, which are characterized by the fact that the door leaf of this door is a rectangular frame formed of two vertical profile stiles and two horizontal profile stiles (31 and 32) connected permanently with their bevelled ends? = 45 °, which at the ends of their outer surfaces have angular frames (35) made on both sides, in which both stiffening panels (53) made of HDF type wood fibers are embedded with them, and with them and with both vertical vertical surfaces the frames of this sash are inseparably connected with cladding panels (54) made of WPC polymer-wood composite, while between the two stiffening panels (53) there is a steel section located vertically near the vertical stile of the sash frame, both ends of which are attached to both its profile stiles (31 and 32), whereby formed between these stiles, a steel section and stiffening panels chambers as well as chambers (40 and 41) formed in vertical and horizontal stiles (31 and 32) of this frame are filled with thermal insulation material (15 ).
