Abstract
Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest sposób wytwarzania polilaktydowego substytutu kości gąbczastej o zwiększonej hydrofilowości, w którym sporządza się roztwór polilaktydu w dioksanie o stężeniu 1 - 12%, do tego roztworu dodaje się kopolimer kwasu metakrylowego w ilości 0,01 - 100% masowych w stosunku do polilaktydu, po czym dodaje się porofor, wybrany spośród wody i alkoholu C1 - C3, w ilości 0,1 - 30% objętościowych w stosunku do roztworu polimeru, mieszaninę miesza się przez 3 - 24 h w temperaturze 20 - 60°C, z szybkością 160 - 300 rpm, po czym roztwór wylewa się do formy i zmraża się w temperaturze -25- -35°C, przez 12 - 36 h, następnie otrzymany substytut pozostawia się w wodzie, o temperaturze -10°C- 10°C na 3 - 5 dni, po czym suszy się próżniowo w temperaturze 30 - 45°C przez 24 - 48 h.The subject of the application is a method of producing polylactide spongy bone substitute with increased hydrophilicity, in which a solution of polylactide in dioxane is prepared at a concentration of 1 - 12%, a methacrylic acid copolymer is added to this solution in an amount of 0.01 - 100% by mass in relation to polylactide, then a blowing agent selected from water and C1 - C3 alcohol is added in an amount of 0.1 - 30% by volume with respect to the polymer solution, the mixture is stirred for 3 - 24 hours at 20 - 60 ° C, at a rate of 160 - 300 rpm, then the solution is poured into a mold and frozen at -25-35 ° C for 12-36 h, then the obtained substitute is left in water at -10 ° C-10 ° C for 3 - 5 days, then vacuum dried at 30-45 ° C for 24-48 hours.
