Abstract

Zluzowanie siły składowej dokonuje się poprzez przerwanie ciągłości elementu kotwiącego. W systemie rozpierania i luzowania oczepów, na powierzchni każdego z pary współpracujących ze sobą oczepów naroża (11), podpierających ściany oporowe naroża (12) wykopu, umieszczony jest element oporowy oraz, w pewnej odległości od niego, umieszczona jest łapa narożna. Element oporowy oraz łapa narożna połączone są ze sobą elementami kotwiącymi naroża, zakończonymi obustronnie nakrętkami roboczymi naroża. Obydwie łapy narożne połączone są ze sobą rozporą naroża (19). Na elementach kotwiących naroża umieszczone są uzwojenia indukcyjne naroża. W odmianie systemu, na powierzchni zewnętrznej każdego z pary współpracujących ze sobą oczepów boku, podpierających ściany oporowe boku, umieszczone są w pewnej odległości od siebie dwie łapy boczne. Łapy te połączone są ze sobą elementami kotwiącymi boku, zakończonymi obustronnie nakrętkami roboczymi boku. Do obu łap bocznych przyłączone są rozpory rozstawne, których drugie końce łączą się z rozporą główną. Na elementach kotwiących boku umieszczone są uzwojenia indukcyjne boku.The method of spreading and loosening the caps of the trench housing is very powerful in the fact that at least one non-permanent support point is created for a strut placed between the caps, the position of which on the cap is fixed by means of an adjustable anchoring element, hooked to another support point on the same cap. The component force is loosened by breaking the continuity of the anchoring element. In the system of expanding and loosening the caps, on the surface of each of the pair of cooperating corner caps (11) supporting the retaining walls of the trench corner (12), a stop element is placed and, at a distance from it, a corner leg is placed. The stop element and the corner foot are connected with each other with corner anchors, terminated on both sides with corner working nuts. Both corner legs are connected with each other by the corner strut (19). Corner induction windings are placed on the corner anchoring elements. In a variant of the system, on the outer surface of each pair of cooperating side caps, supporting the side retaining walls, two side tabs are arranged at a distance from each other. These claws are connected with each other by the side anchors, ending on both sides with side working nuts. Spacing struts are attached to both side legs, the other ends of which connect with the main strut. The side induction windings are located on the side anchors.
