Abstract

Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest bromek domifenu i kompozycja farmaceutyczna zawierająca bromek domifenu oraz farmaceutycznie dopuszczalne substancje pomocnicze. Kompozycja charakteryzuje się tym, że 100 ml roztworu zawiera: -bromek domifenu w ilości 0,01 - 0,10%, korzystnie 0,01-0,03%; - woda oczyszczona od 90 do 99,9%; - sole mineralne (buforujące, odpowiadające za izotoniczność), korzystnie NaCl, KCl, CaCl2, MgCl2, NaH2PO4, KH2PO4, Na2HPO4, K2HPO4, Na2CO3, NaHCO3, w ilości od 0,5 do 5,0%, korzystnie 0,5 - 1,5%; oraz ewentualnie aromaty korzystnie miętowy, jabłkowy, anyżkowy, limonowy, cytrynowy, malinowy, cynamonowy, goździkowy w ilości od 0,1 do 0,9%.
