Abstract
Niskoprofilowa, rozprężana na balonie zastawka serca, zwłaszcza aortalna, implantowana przezskórnie, zawiera ramę zastawki o budowie cylindrycznej, w której można wydzielić część zaworową i część wspierającą oraz przymocowany do ramy rękaw z materiału polimerowego (sztucznego). Rękaw z materiału polimerowego jest nierozłącznie zespojony z ramą tak, że rama zastawki w części wspierającej jest wtopiona lub wszyta i pokryta od wewnętrznej i zewnętrznej strony materiałem rękawa, który wywinięty do wewnątrz ramy w części zaworowej ramy tworzy płatki zastawki o strukturze dwu lub trzypłatkowej i w tej części jest zamocowany do ramy i do przęseł ramy, a nadmiar materiału rękawa jest wprowadzany do podłużnych otworów w przęsłach. W odmianie mocowania rękaw z materiału polimerowego (sztucznego) jest mocowany do ramy w części wspierającej od strony zewnętrznej i materiał rękawa wywinięty jest do wewnątrz ramy, a w części zaworowej ramy tworzy płatki i komisury zastawki o strukturze dwu lub trzypłatkowej i w tej części jest zamocowany do ramy i do przęseł ramy szyciem, a nadmiar materiału rękawa jest wprowadzany do podłużnych otworów w przęsłach.
